Because the challenges you face reflect your ambitions! **To better face these challenges, you need:** Position Objective Technically lead the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and sound development practices, while cross-functionally coordinating technical teams to guarantee achievement of business objectives. Main Responsibilities Technical and Team Leadership Lead multidisciplinary technical teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile), defining working guidelines and standards. Coordinate initiatives cross-functionally across different departments and development teams. Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and autonomous problem-solving. Solution Design and Architecture Design and define robust, scalable software architectures aligned with business objectives. Evaluate and propose technical solutions considering Cloud platforms (OCI) and On\-Premise environments. Validate architectural decisions jointly with technical and business stakeholders. Software Development and Quality Define and implement sound development practices (clean code, design patterns, code reviews). Establish and optimize CI/CD processes to ensure continuous, high-quality deliveries. Oversee technical quality of deliverables across Backend, Frontend, and Mobile technologies. Analysis and Problem Resolution Analyze technical and business requirements autonomously and propose efficient solutions. Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans. Resolve complex architectural, performance, or system integration issues. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the technical point of contact across various initiatives and teams within the area. Align technical work with project planning and committed timelines. Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to management and relevant stakeholders. Specific Functions Design architecture diagrams and technical documentation for solutions. Define coding, versioning, and deployment standards. Configure and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Administer and optimize resources on Cloud platforms (OCI) and On\-Premise environments. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Coordinate technical follow-up and planning meetings with the team. Evaluate new technologies and tools that add value to the team and the business. Requirements and Qualifications Requirements and Competencies **Technical:** Strong technical knowledge in Backend, Frontend, and Mobile technologies. Experience in designing and defining software architectures. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (OCI) and On\-Premise environments. Experience with CI/CD processes and sound development practices. **Soft Skills / Leadership:** High analytical ability and autonomy. Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
