Preventive approach and continuous improvement About the Role At Fundacion HeartFull Salud y Bienestar, we develop and manage facilities, equipment, and essential services for health, wellness, and community care programs in the Maule Region. We seek a Maintenance Supervisor experienced in coordinating preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, safety, and proper functioning of equipment, electrical systems, infrastructure, and general services across our facilities. This role requires operational leadership, the ability to organize technical teams, and experience managing priorities in environments where operational continuity is critical. Key Responsibilities **Maintenance Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and support systems. **Technical Team Management:** Assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide maintenance staff and external vendors. **Activity Planning:** Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, prioritizing work based on urgency and operational impact. **Work Order Control:** Register, review, and close maintenance work orders, ensuring each intervention is properly documented. **Facility Inspections:** Conduct periodic inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, lighting, and general infrastructure systems. **Vendor Management:** Coordinate external technical services, request quotations, and verify contracted work meets agreed standards. **Spare Parts and Supplies Control:** Oversee inventory of tools, materials, spare parts, and personal protective equipment. **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to internal procedures, occupational safety regulations, and applicable protocols for each activity. **Emergency Management:** Respond promptly to critical failures, service interruptions, or situations that may affect operational continuity. **Reporting:** Prepare maintenance reports, performance indicators, cost analyses, recurring failure summaries, and improvement recommendations. Job Requirements **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, technical services, or related fields. **Supervision:** Prior experience coordinating technicians, contractors, or operational teams. **Education:** Technical or professional degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Construction, or a related discipline. **Technical Knowledge:** Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, infrastructure, and general services maintenance. **Planning:** Ability to organize maintenance programs, manage priorities, and track multiple work orders. **Occupational Safety:** Familiarity with safe work procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and risk prevention. **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, maintenance management systems, work order platforms, or similar tools. **Availability:** Willingness and ability to respond to operational contingencies as needed.
