You will serve as the final quality checkpoint in the process, validating that each unit is in optimal condition and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform final quality inspections on vehicles. Verify aesthetic, functional, and presentation aspects of units. Identify and report non-conformities. Analyze data and generate quality reports. Support corrective actions and validate their implementation. Propose process improvements and contribute to deviation reduction. Develop and maintain documentation, repositories, and reference materials related to quality standards. Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and logistics provider teams. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in roles related to quality, operations, or logistics. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, or similar—preferred). Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Valid Category B driver’s license (mandatory). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Technical or university education in Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Degree is not mandatory. English and/or Portuguese language skills are considered advantageous. We Especially Value Experience in logistics operations. Experience in automotive or industrial quality environments. Ability to develop documentation, procedures, and process standardization.
