You will serve as the final quality checkpoint in the process, validating that each unit is in optimal condition and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Key responsibilities: * Conduct final quality inspections on vehicles. * Verify aesthetic, functional, and presentation aspects of units. * Identify and report non-conformities. * Analyze data and generate quality reports. * Support corrective actions and validate their implementation. * Propose process improvements and contribute to deviation reduction. * Develop and maintain documentation, repositories, and reference materials related to quality standards. * Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and logistics provider teams. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in roles related to quality, operations, or logistics. * Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (ISO, Six Sigma, or similar will be valued). * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. * Valid Category B driver’s license (mandatory). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Technical or university education in Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. A degree is not mandatory. * English and/or Portuguese language skills will be considered advantageous.
