Job Summary: Stellantis is seeking a Quality Analyst – Last Mile to ensure that each vehicle meets quality standards before commercialization and delivery to dealerships. Key Highlights: 1. Propose process improvements and contribute to deviation reduction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT At Stellantis, we are seeking a Quality Analyst – Last Mile to ensure that each vehicle meets quality standards before being released for commercialization and delivery to dealerships. You will serve as the final quality checkpoint in the process, validating that each unit is in optimal condition and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Key responsibilities: * Conduct final quality inspections on vehicles. * Verify aesthetic, functional, and presentation aspects of units. * Identify and report non-conformities. * Analyze data and generate quality reports. * Support corrective actions and validate their implementation. * Propose process improvements and contribute to deviation reduction. * Develop and maintain documentation, repositories, and reference materials related to quality standards. * Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and logistics provider teams. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in roles related to quality, operations, or logistics. * Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (ISO, Six Sigma, or similar will be valued). * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. * Valid Category B driver’s license (mandatory). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Technical or university education in Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. A degree is not mandatory. * English and/or Portuguese language skills will be considered advantageous.
