Falabella Logistics Chile is currently looking for a Project Manager! What is the mission of this role? To evaluate, develop, and monitor initiatives for Management, contributing to improved efficiency across supply chain processes. Responsibilities: * Continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes. * Market analysis, project implementation, and strategic initiative management. * Identification and integration of best-in-class logistics practices—both internal and external—to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and process visibility. * Leading process mapping and analysis, delivering solutions that optimize the logistics chain. Additionally, managing the initiative backlog to ensure timely delivery of business-aligned value. * Coordination with internal and external departments, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and successful implementation. Also developing work plans based on KPIs, guaranteeing achievement of objectives in development projects. * Focuses on holistic project success (scope, time, and cost), optimizing resource and team utilization while ensuring sustainable organizational outcomes.
