




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to control, plan, and coordinate customer service activities, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. For an important client in the **cold storage and cold chain logistics** sector, we are currently seeking a **Logistics Administrator** to work in the commune of **San Antonio**. ### **The Challenge / Mission** Your primary purpose will be to control, plan, and coordinate customer service activities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency in process execution, maintaining rigorous control over stored product stock, and delivering excellent service aligned with company policies. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Manage stock control** using the computerized system for frozen products entering and leaving the facility. * **Coordinate customer service requests** within established timeframes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. * **Manage operational documentation:** review information provided to truck drivers, accurately record services for each operation, and support truck weighing control, dispatch report issuance, labeling, and delivery guides. * **Monitor and optimize** operational performance to reduce time and costs. * **Assist in facility operational tasks** (including direct support in refrigerated product reception and dispatch during staff shortages), maintaining order, cleanliness, and quality procedures. * **Supervise compliance** with quality system requirements and actively participate in preventive risk activities. ### **Requirements** * **Academic qualification:** Graduate Technician/Engineer in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (experience in cold storage facilities is preferred). * Proficiency in **WMS** systems. * Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of logistics, administration, inventory management, transportation, and cargo handling. * Basic knowledge of safety standards and protocols for cold chains and HACCP / ISO methodologies (IFS Logistics certification is a plus). * **Availability to work in San Antonio** under a rotating shift schedule: * *Shift 1:* Monday–Tuesday 08:00–18:00 / Wednesday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (60-minute lunch break). * *Shift 2:* Monday–Tuesday 12:00–22:00 / Wednesday–Friday 12:00–21:00 (60-minute lunch break). ### **Benefits** * **Monthly net salary:** $657\.000 (amount already includes meal allowance of $50\.000 and transportation allowance of $50\.000\). * Provision of appropriate **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** for the assigned work area. * **Initial temporary services contract** for 3 months, with possible performance-based evaluation.
