Within Sales, we focus on excelling across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus creates a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional team collaboration is encouraged to achieve success. We have approximately 10,000 sales professionals worldwide, in market-facing roles spanning Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development. **About the Role** ---------------- Objective: Provide sales support for Chile’s pharmacy, drugstore, and traditional retail channel, collaborating on customer supply processes (Sell-In), optimizing inventory management to increase sales (Sell-Out) and prevent losses related to stockouts. Additionally, support the itemization process for expenses and service fees purchased from customers. Generate reports and track commercial activities, maintaining constant communication with other business functions (Trade Marketing, Finance & Control, Supply, Customer Service). **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Generate suggested order/inventory reports per customer/product * Generate store coverage/cataloging reports per customer/product * Maintain up-to-date in-store stock-out reports * Complete administrative commercial information for customer processes: promotions, account creations, billing, etc. * Support the Sales team in sales forecasting based on both internal and customer inventory * Assist in preparing presentations and documents for meetings * Itemize customer invoices and support budget control * Suggest potential point-of-sale activities or consumer touchpoint initiatives across various brand interaction points (retail stores, e-commerce, social media, etc.) **What We’re Looking For** ------------------------------- * Education/Experience: Final-semester student of Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Specific Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: Critical thinking, methodical approach, excellent interpersonal skills * **Tools:** MS Office; Advanced Excel (verifiable) **Languages:** Intermediate English **Success Skills** --------------------------------- **Competencies:** Critical thinking, methodical approach, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure. **What We Offer** ----------------- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do—and working alongside our four Global Employee Resource Groups—we support our people at every stage of their professional journey, helping them succeed in their own way.
