Key **responsibilities** for this position are as follows: * Develop and document work procedures for the Caex and EE.AA. fleets. * Provide input to support equipment improvements in accordance with the program, implementing actions based on variability. Additionally, identify opportunities for improvement, equipment anomalies, and non-conformities for future activities in the inspection process. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using SIS. * Proficiency in SOP, AMT, and Project. * Knowledge of safety, Iper, ITC, and MINSAL protocols. * Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic tools, and lifting equipment. * Experience performing major and minor component replacements across the fleet. * Knowledge of planning and resource management. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma (mid-level or higher) specializing in mechanical, electrical, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of haul trucks, preferably Caterpillar models. * Knowledge of applied hydraulics, electricity, and electronics as applied to Cat systems. * Knowledge of failure analysis. * User-level computer proficiency. * Availability to work a 7x7 day-shift schedule. * Medical fitness compatible with working at high geographic altitude.
