We are looking for professionals who want to grow, learn, and leave their mark as part of an inclusive, collaborative, and global team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Propose, capture, and manage projects related to mining production processes, with experience in automation, instrumentation, and process control projects in general. * Safely and sustainably manage and lead engineering execution, installation, and commissioning—including training and system control and automation project support—in productive areas of Concentrator Plants and/or Open-pit or Underground Mines, advisory services, and implementation of automation platforms and tools. * Remotely lead work activities by coordinating with all stakeholders and conducting periodic progress reviews, incorporating corrective actions for identified deviations. * Manage and administer information technology projects to ensure connectivity for control and automation processes (IT/OT networks), applying current corporate standards. * Manage and validate the use of mine control system data for real-time management of mining processes and provide real-time support via decision-making and operational platforms. * Advise, manage, and develop engineering and automation service delivery models for mining equipment or fleets—including specific process control support and platforms under your administration—aligned with client needs and priorities and with a holistic business-process perspective. ‍ **What Do You Need for This Role?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Civil Engineering, Electrical Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, with a focus or specialization in electronics or automation. * Prior experience of \+5 years leading development and execution projects in automatic control and industrial instrumentation. * General experience of 10 years in execution projects related to industrial automation. * Desired specific platform experience: * DCS: Experion/Foxboro. * PLC: Allen Bradley/Modicon/Siemens. * Work Location: Santiago, with site visits to project locations/field operations. **Why Choose Accenture?** **A Unique Workplace—Discover Some of the Benefits We Offer You:** Career Development Flexible Working Hours \+50,000 trainings and courses available (online and in-person) Libraries, books, and podcasts ️Language Program * Free certifications through our partners! \+900 Reinventors certified in Chile GenAI Academy, with exclusive programs for Accenture.
