Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer to lead end-to-end software development projects, mobilize cross-functional teams, and apply technical expertise. Key Highlights: 1. Technically design solutions A Software Engineer must be capable of leading end-to-end software development projects required by the Bank. The candidate must possess strong ability to mobilize cross-functional teams comprising various roles, and possess technical knowledge of implemented solutions. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Conduct requirements gathering with user departments. Analyze solution alternatives and strategies jointly with user departments. Technically design solutions. Manage analysis and development activities with vendors. Perform minor analysis and development tasks. Identify and manage root causes. Ability to mobilize personnel across other roles. Continuous improvement. **To succeed in this position, you need:** Knowledge of the Bank's traditional software development lifecycle. Familiarity with IBM, Tandem, Sybase, and/or Unix platforms. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
