Job Summary: This role seeks a professional who ensures timely and high-quality surgical assistance, implementing care plans and collaborating with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely and efficient surgical assistance. 2. Collaborate with the surgical team to achieve expected outcomes. 3. Participate in orientation and continuous improvement programs. Provide necessary resources according to each intervention, ensuring timely, efficient, humanized, and high-quality care in accordance with institutional protocols. Perform tasks derived from the intraoperative patient care management plan to ensure quality care based on institutional standards. Collaborate with the surgical team during the intervention, responding to their requirements to achieve expected outcomes. Understand the operation and use of available resources in the operating unit. Participate in orientation and training programs, as well as in institutional activities for continuous improvement. Maintain an optimal work environment that emphasizes teamwork, customer orientation, respect for dignity and humanization—both for patients and internal and external clients.
