In this role, you will be a key contributor to enhancing new operational flows, analyzing trends, and collaborating across various departments to elevate our service to the next level. Your primary objective in this role will be to analyze and support the implementation of continuous improvements across different segments and flows, identifying optimization opportunities to maintain and increase performance indicator compliance and ensure excellence in service. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive evaluations of services to be enhanced, identifying gaps, key indicators, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop automated tools and dashboards to visualize key indicators and facilitate strategic decision-making. Participate in interdisciplinary working groups, monitoring agreed-upon commitments and indicators across departments. Maintain fluid and close relationships with commercial teams to understand client flows and requirements. Consistently analyze market best practices and trends applicable to enhancing the company’s operational excellence. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field (10-semester or longer programs). **Experience:** 1–2 years of prior work experience in similar or related roles. **Data Tools and Business Intelligence:** Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. **Technical Knowledge:** Strong command of SQL and Python.
