Job Summary:
An Occupational Risk Prevention Professional responsible for developing and implementing protocols, managing psychosocial risks, and delivering occupational safety training.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead the implementation of security protocols and certifications.
2. Plan and oversee the assessment of Psychosocial Risks.
3. Train staff on risk prevention and support the department.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement protocols proposed by Minsal and relevant to the company's activities; especially lead the implementation of CEAL certifications as requested security certifications.
* Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of Psychosocial Risk assessments and in-person or remote staff training.
* Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of measures prescribed by Mutual de Seguridad.
* Deliver risk prevention training to workers or designated personnel, meeting both client requirements and internal company initiatives related to this competency area (physical security, facility security, etc.).
* Develop strategies for preventing, monitoring, and controlling worker behavior to identify risks and generate preventive and corrective action plans.
* Provide internal customer service for inquiries, risks, or accidents.
* Prepare technical management reports.
* Suggest and implement continuous improvement to processes under their responsibility to optimize resources and enhance departmental performance.
* Participate in departmental meetings.
* Support all departmental functions and tasks.
* Report directly to the Occupational Risk Prevention Expert.
Requirements:
* Experience in CEAL Protocol Implementation. (Desirable).
* Hold a Professional Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Proficiency in Excel.
