Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the comprehensive management of maintenance services, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams We seek a Contract Administrator to lead the comprehensive management of maintenance services, guaranteeing compliance with technical, operational, financial, and contractual standards defined by the client. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Comprehensively administer maintenance and infrastructure contracts, ensuring achievement of operational and financial objectives. * Supervise service operations, ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance with agreed service levels. (Electrical maintenance, HVAC, infrastructure) * Ensure the financial and operational sustainability of the contract. * Lead client relationship management, actively participating in coordination, monitoring, and management control meetings. * Manage maintenance contracts, technical services, and facility management in accordance with contractual requirements. * Interpret and administer contractual scope, ensuring fulfillment of assumed obligations. * Supervise budget management, cost control, and proper utilization of allocated resources. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), promoting continuous operational improvement. * Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer orientation. * Manage suppliers and subcontracted companies associated with the contract. * Ensure traceability of operational information and compliance with internal procedures. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, quality, and environmental matters. * Identify opportunities for operational optimization and continuous improvement that add value to the client and the business. **Requirements:** --------------- * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience administering maintenance, infrastructure, or facility management contracts. * Experience leading large-scale contracts in commercial, corporate, industrial, banking, healthcare, or similar facilities. * Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, infrastructure, and asset maintenance. * Experience in budget management, financial control, and resource administration. * Experience managing performance indicators, service levels, and contractual compliance. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating suppliers and contractors. * Proficiency in operational management and reporting tools. **Conditions:** ---------------- * Direct employment contract with the company. * On-site work in Santiago. * Full-time schedule. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
