Key responsibilities: * Prepare, control, and analyze operational budgets and forecasts (OPEX and CAPEX). * Monitor operational results, identifying variances, root causes, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare management and operational KPI reports to support decision-making by the Operations Management team. * Consolidate and validate information from various departments across the company. * Develop projections and scenario analyses based on changes in production plans. * Identify risks and generate relevant insights to anticipate outcomes and support business management. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational performance.
