Commitment to hygiene and order in the workplace. **Kitchen Assistant / Food Preparation** We are looking for a professional with experience in **preparing ready-made dishes and empanadas** to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess skills in preparing various foods, doughs, and desserts, as well as a strong commitment to hygiene and order. **Responsibilities** * Perform **mise en place preparation** for food production. * Actively participate in **dough preparation** for empanadas. * Carry out **empanada assembly**, both for baking and frying. * Assist in preparing **cold and hot dishes**, as well as desserts. * Ensure **proper sanitation of food, surfaces, and equipment**. * Maintain **cleanliness and order** in all work areas. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **food preparation** and dough making. * Knowledge of basic **cooking and pastry techniques**. * Understanding of **food hygiene and safety regulations**. * Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
