Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service and guidance to customers. . Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and requirements. . Conduct card sales and recharges. . Provide travel information and history when applicable. . Generate tickets for requests requiring escalation. . Perform opening and closing procedures for the branch. . Execute daily closing and cash reconciliation. . Make corresponding deposits. . Monitor stock levels of cards and available rolls. . Maintain order and proper presentation at the service point. . Prepare and submit stock reports. Requirements . Completed secondary education. . Experience in customer service and cash handling (mandatory). . Basic computer skills. . Responsibility, commitment, and positive attitude. . Customer orientation and ability to work independently. Available Work Schedules FULL TIME | 42 hours per week . Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 16:50 hrs. . Saturday or Sunday: rotating shift from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. . Initial salary: approximately $620\.000 net. . Upon transitioning to an indefinite-term contract: approximately $650\.000 net. PART TIME | 30 hours per week . Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 20:00 hrs. . Saturday or Sunday: rotating shift from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. . Initial salary: approximately $450\.000 net. . Upon transitioning to an indefinite-term contract: approximately $480\.000 net. * Sunday and holiday surcharge is paid additionally.
