Additionally, you will coordinate on-site general services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, etc. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage procurement of services, supplies, and spare parts according to internal requirements. * Request quotations, evaluate offers, and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and conditions with suppliers. * Generate, track, and close purchase orders in the system. * Advise internal customers on procurement processes and optimal alternatives. * Administer contracts and agreements, including monitoring and renewal. * Resolve supplier-related issues (quality, delivery timelines, or others). * Participate in and report procurement and contract management activities via internal platforms. * Maintain records and supporting documentation for all procurement activities. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements. * Coordinate and oversee on-site general services (maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, etc.). * Supervise infrastructure and service maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of work experience in similar sourcing/supply chain/facilities roles within related industries or sectors. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Availability to work a rotating 5x2 shift schedule. * Class B driver’s license, minimum 3 years of validity (mandatory). * Residence in Calama (mandatory). **Work Location: Calama** **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:** * **Sandvik Internal Candidates:** Access Intranet Vacancies Job ID: **R0093103\.** * **External Candidates:** www.sandvik.com “Careers”, enter code **R0093103** (create an account, **upload an updated CV**, and **complete the questionnaire**, if applicable). ### ***Sandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
