At Salfa, we aim to incorporate an analytical and proactive professional into our Marketing and Channels Management team to cover a pre- and post-natal leave replacement. If you feel comfortable working with data, metrics, and websites—and are passionate about understanding what happens behind traffic and conversions—this challenge is for you! What will be your mission? Provide operational and analytical support to our digital assets, ensuring the proper functioning of the web ecosystem, implementation of measurement tools, and continuous monitoring of digital KPIs to support data-driven decision making. What will you do daily? Administer and maintain websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, and preferably Strapi/VTEX) to ensure content integrity and navigation flow. Implement and maintain Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager tags. Monitor and analyze digital KPIs related to traffic, conversion, user behavior, and heatmaps. Support the implementation of on-page SEO best practices in collaboration with agencies and vendors. Prepare periodic digital performance reports for the Marketing and Commercial teams. Actively coordinate with internal departments (IT, Commercial) and external technology vendors. What technical knowledge do you need? * Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager. * WordPress; Strapi and/or VTEX preferred. * On-page SEO and heatmap tools. * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. * CRM platform knowledge is preferred.
