Position: Planning Assistant Position Purpose: Support the execution of committed planning department activities impacting performance and fulfillment of contractual obligations; ensuring delivery of planning services through effective execution, in accordance with contractual requirements established with our client and department management. Responsibilities: * Record, maintain, and monitor statistical information provided by client systems and internal company systems related to equipment maintenance and repair activities, issuing data reports required by external clients and internal departments. * Effectively and efficiently comply with all safety and health control measures and requirements established for assigned activities and processes, preventing incidents at all times. Mid-level Technical Diploma in Administration or Professional Technical Diploma in Administration, or related field. Knowledge of reliability and industrial mechanics is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic SAP knowledge. Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule is required. Health condition compatible with mining operations.
