Trains L2 Operations staff and strengthens the team's overall capability. **Description** --------------- EQUANS Chile (EQCL) is seeking an **ENDPOINT OPERATIONS L3**. The primary purpose of this role is to address and resolve complex, high-impact, or non-standard incidents, ensuring definitive and sustainable solutions. The role actively contributes to strengthening security and meeting audit requirements, while driving continuous improvement in operational maturity through process automation, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve high-impact, complex incidents and problems across endpoints under their responsibility, ensuring operational continuity and service quality. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and problems, implementing definitive corrective actions that ensure operational stability and prevent recurrence. Update and optimize procedural manuals, promote process automation, and reinforce operational standards—enhancing efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement in endpoint management. Train Level 2 (L2\) Operations support staff and strengthen the team’s overall capability, promoting technical competency development, autonomy in incident resolution, and effective collaboration. We invite all qualified candidates to apply for this position: **Education:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. **Knowledge:** * Extensive experience in at least one endpoint domain (Workplace Environment, Mobile, EPM, Packaging, or DEX). * Experience working in large, standardized enterprise environments. * Solid understanding of ITIL-based operational processes (Incident, Problem, Change). **Experience:** * 5 years of experience in endpoint engineering, endpoint security, or roles related to Digital Workplace Environment. **Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency. * French or Portuguese is desirable (non-exclusive).
