Requirements: \- Technician or professional in Human Resources Management, Technician in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, or a related field. \- 1–2 years of experience in similar functions within the Human Resources area (desirable). \- Proficiency in platforms such as Mi DT, Previred, AFC, Mutualities, among others. \- Document management and digitalization of files. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). \- Experience with Human Resources management software (ERP). \- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. \- Attention to detail and accuracy. \- Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve employee queries. \- Responsible handling of sensitive information. \- Proactivity and willingness to propose improvements to administrative processes.
