A certified Computer Technician is required, with knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools and PC hardware and software. The role involves on-site technical support at Los Pelambres mine. **Responsibilities and Duties** See how your day-to-day will look: **Main job functions:** Local administration and configuration of: * Windows 10 operating systems * Office Suite 2010, Office 2016, and Office 365 * Connectivity and networking tools * Computer hardware and maintenance operations * Advanced Outlook usage * Advanced Office 365 usage Field support must possess multifunctional skills across the following areas: * Notebook and PC user support * Corporate mobile telephony * Basic IP device configuration * Printer and plotter support * Videoconferencing support * Equipment preparation * Equipment assignment and retrieval as required * Advanced notebook and PC hardware expertise Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, pleasant demeanor, and user satisfaction orientation. * High level of commitment, proactive, rigorous, and punctual * Highly responsible and reliable * Results-oriented * Ability to learn quickly * Tolerance for working under pressure * Adaptability and flexibility * Strong customer service orientation **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to fill this vacancy? Certifications: * MS Installing and configuring Windows 10 client. * MS Windows 10 enterprise desktop support technician. * COMTIA A\+ or equivalent certification. * ITIL V4\ certification.
