SG WebApp Chile SpA, a digital‑marketing and web‑solutions firm delivering website development, search marketing, social‑media campaigns, content strategy, and analytics for SMBs across Chile, is looking for a **Cloud Engineer** to design, deploy, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our client‑facing platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Architect, build, and manage scalable cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for web‑hosting, marketing automation, and analytics workloads. * Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) to provision resources consistently across development, staging, and production. * Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for automated build, test, and deployment of web applications, micro‑services, and containerized workloads. * Create and maintain container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, GKE, or AKS) to support high‑availability client sites and marketing tools. * Monitor performance, reliability, and cost using CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Azure Monitor, Grafana, and logging solutions (ELK/EFK). * Optimize resource usage and implement auto‑scaling, load balancing, and serverless functions where appropriate to meet traffic spikes from campaigns. * Ensure security best practices: IAM policies, network segmentation, encryption at rest and in transit, secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and compliance with Chilean data‑privacy regulations. * Collaborate with developers, digital‑marketing specialists, and data analysts to translate business requirements into cloud solutions. * Produce documentation, runbooks, and SOPs; provide knowledge sharing and on‑call support for production incidents. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). * 2 – 4 years of hands‑on cloud‑engineering experience, preferably in digital‑marketing, web‑hosting, or SaaS environments. * Proficiency with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and associated services (Compute, Storage, CDN, RDS, CloudFront, etc.). * Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks. * Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm). * Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi). * Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, load balancers, firewalls) and security best practices. * Ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. * Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team. * Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. **Compensation** * Hourly rate: **CLP 8,000 – CLP 12,000**, based on experience and expertise. **How** **to** **Apply** Send your résumé, a brief cover letter highlighting relevant cloud‑engineering projects (especially for marketing or web‑hosting workloads), and any certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator, etc.) to **digitalmarketing@sgwebapp.com**.
