The role entails supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and continuity of activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise field maneuvers and operations related to material transportation and handling. * Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, signage, fatigue management, and operational procedures. * Maintain continuous communication with operators and the Control Center to ensure proper coordination of activities. * Promptly report any operational deviations, unsafe conditions, or safety incidents. * Verify compliance with client- and organization-established standards. * Continuously monitor field operations to ensure service continuity and efficiency. *This job posting is governed by Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in the labor market.* *If you require any accommodations to participate in the recruitment and selection process, please let us know so we can facilitate your participation on an equal footing (Law 20.422).* **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Minimum 5 years of experience in mining transportation, material handling, or supervision of operations at mining sites. * Knowledge of traffic and site safety standards. * Experience supervising field operations and coordinating operational teams. * Willingness to work 100% on-site.
