We are currently seeking a **Business Executive** to work in the **Tarapacá Region**, based in **Alto Hospicio**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and comprehensively manage the assigned metal-mechanical sector customer portfolio, both technically and commercially. * Execute promotion and sales of products, equipment, and services (industrial gases, welding, equipment, and accessories), adhering to commercial policies and established targets. * Prospect and open new business opportunities, strengthening commercial presence in the assigned region. * Conduct customer visits (70% fieldwork / 30% administrative) and manage long-term commercial relationships. * Monitor and track sales, collections, and discount reviews (directly impacting variable compensation). * Manage cylinder rotation and inventory assigned to your portfolio. * Prepare commercial management reports, visit reports, sales reports, and opportunity reports. * Provide technical and commercial advisory services to customers, ensuring high safety standards. * Support achievement of PDC (payment terms) objectives for the portfolio. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Higher Technical Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (Execution Level), or equivalent degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical fields. * **Experience:** + Minimum 3 years in commercial activities, ideally within the metal-mechanical industrial sector. + Desired experience in industrial gases, welding, welding machines, industrial hardware, or B2B (machine shops). + Desired experience in mining operations above 4,000 meters above sea level. + Commercial experience with industrial clients and mining contractors. + Knowledge of machine shops, industrial component manufacturing and repair. + Experience marketing services and solutions for machinery and equipment maintenance. + Familiarity with mining contractor markets and equipment maintenance processes. * **Knowledge and Tools:** + Intermediate-level PC proficiency. + Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Other Requirements:** + Class B driver’s license (mandatory). + Residence in Alto Hospicio or Iquique, with local area knowledge. + Focus on occupational safety and safe work practices.
