We are currently seeking a Mining Operations Assistant – Mini-Loader Operation to join our project team conducting mining site operations. We seek individuals committed to safety, teamwork, and technical excellence, who wish to contribute their mechanical and electrical knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment. Mandatory Requirements: Class B and D driver’s license. Driver’s record free of serious violations in the last 3 years. Medical fitness for work at high geographical altitude and mining sites. Availability to work on rotating shifts (8x6\), (7x7\), and (5x2\). Relevant experience or training in heavy machinery operation. Electrical and/or mechanical skills for machinery maintenance and repair. Residence in Santiago, availability to work in Quilicura. Desirable Requirements: Prior experience at mining sites. Knowledge of drilling-related tools. Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems. Main Responsibilities: Assist the sonic drilling rig operator in daily tasks. Handle and transport drilling tools and materials. Clean, organize, and perform basic maintenance of the worksite and equipment. Strictly comply with safety regulations and operational procedures. The associated project has an approximate duration of 4\-5 months; after this period, continuity will be evaluated based on the worker’s performance and competencies.
