We seek professionals with academic backgrounds in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, or related fields to work within the R&D AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE SUB-MANAGEMENT, based in Rancagua, Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins Region. The main objective of this role is to coordinate and supervise trial execution, including data collection, interpretation, and analysis from each trial, to drive continuous improvement across the Broiler Management Division while safeguarding the company’s assets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee trial execution across various involved departments. * Monitor field trials to ensure accurate data collection. Train all personnel involved across departments (farms, sub-management units, feed plants, etc.) on trial procedures. * Resolve problems associated with field implementation within the scope of responsibility. Requirements 1\. Professional degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, or a related field. 2\. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools; SAP knowledge is desirable. 3\. Experience coordinating and planning activities across multiple departments. 4\.
