#### **Why Gallagher?**
At Gallagher, you will represent a trusted global brand, working closely with distributors, producers, and agribusiness companies contributing to the development of agriculture in Chile.
This is a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to join a global company and make a direct impact on the growth of our Animal Management business in Chile.
You will have the autonomy to develop your territory, the backing of an established international brand, and access to products and technologies that solve real challenges for producers.
In addition to a competitive salary and an annual performance bonus, you will have access to:
* Product, technical, and safety training.
* Continuous professional development.
* Support from a local and international team with extensive experience.
#### **About Gallagher**
At Gallagher, we develop technology to protect what matters most.
For over 85 years, Gallagher has helped individuals, businesses, and producers protect what they value—from security and access control solutions to animal management systems used in more than 160 countries.
Our Animal Management division focuses on helping producers work more efficiently, better manage their livestock, and achieve higher yields from their land. From electric fencing and animal management systems to connected technologies, our solutions are designed to address the real-life needs of rural operations.
In Chile, we continue strengthening our presence and building strong relationships with producers, distributors, and agricultural companies. This is an opportunity to play a key role in that growth.
#### **The Opportunity**
As a Territory Manager – Animal Management, you will be responsible for driving Gallagher’s growth within your territory by building strong relationships with distributors, producers, and strategic partners in the agribusiness sector.
This is a genuinely field-oriented role with direct customer contact. You will spend your time understanding producers’ needs, identifying opportunities, demonstrating Gallagher solutions, and supporting customers in implementing the right products.
You will manage the entire commercial cycle of your territory: from generating new opportunities and developing existing accounts, to supporting distributors, delivering product training, and identifying opportunities to increase Gallagher’s market share.
You will also provide valuable business insights, helping us understand customer needs, competitor activity, and opportunities to strengthen our position in the Chilean market.
Reporting to the General Manager of Gallagher Chile, you will work closely with our technical support, business development, marketing, and Animal Management teams both locally and internationally.
#### **What You’ll Do**
* Lead and develop your territory by creating and executing an annual sales plan, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening existing commercial relationships.
* Build strong relationships with producers, distributors, and strategic partners, becoming a trusted advisor and Gallagher representative in the market.
* Drive sales through distributors and direct customers, collaborating with distributors to enhance product knowledge, stock availability, commercial display, and sales performance.
* Work directly with customers in the field, delivering advice, demonstrations, training, and practical installation support to maximize the value of Gallagher solutions.
* Identify market opportunities by staying close to customers, competitors, and industry trends, and sharing insights that contribute to Gallagher’s growth in Chile.
* Manage your territory effectively by maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems, administering expenses, and planning commercial activities to maximize results.
* Collaborate with the Gallagher team, working alongside technical support, business development, and marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve commercial objectives.
#### **Who We’re Looking For**
You are a commercially driven individual focused on long-term relationships, with knowledge of the agricultural sector and a passion for fieldwork.
You understand that successful territory management involves much more than meeting sales targets—it’s about building trust, understanding how customers operate, establishing strong partnerships with distributors, and finding practical ways to add value.
You feel comfortable working autonomously and managing your own territory, yet also enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with your team.
#### **Additionally, You’ll Bring:**
* Proven experience in territory management or field sales, ideally in agriculture, livestock, or related industries.
* A strong track record of developing commercial relationships, increasing sales, and achieving business objectives.
* Solid knowledge of the agribusiness market and understanding of producers’ and distributors’ needs and challenges.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct product demonstrations, training, and practical advisory support.
* A proactive, action-oriented attitude, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Practical knowledge of electric fencing, livestock management, or related agricultural technologies will be highly valued, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
* Proficiency in English will be highly valued.
#### **Ready to Grow With Us?**
If you are passionate about agriculture, enjoy building trusted relationships, and want to play an active role in the growth of a leading global animal management brand in Chile, we would love to meet you.
**Applications will be reviewed as they are received, so the position may be filled before the process closing date.**
