Supervise quality and compliance of construction works. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Construction Manager** to lead on-site project execution, coordinating teams, contractors, materials, and resources to ensure that construction works proceed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise daily construction activities, monitoring progress, resources, and schedule adherence. * Coordinate work teams, contractors, and suppliers involved in the projects. * Supervise that works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor progress, costs, materials, and productivity, promptly reporting any deviations. * Coordinate with technical offices, risk prevention, procurement, and engineering departments to address project needs. * Identify technical and operational issues on-site and propose efficient and timely solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality requirements during construction execution. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in construction project execution and supervision. * Experience leading on-site teams and coordinating contractors and suppliers. * Knowledge of construction planning, drawing interpretation, quantity take-offs, and progress control. * Proficiency in **Excel** and project planning and control tools. * Desired experience using **MS Project, AutoCAD**, or other related tools. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, effective communication, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.700\.000 \- $2\.500\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
