The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling underground production processes—including Loading and Hauling, Production Drilling, Blasting, Horizontal Development, Vertical Development, and Services—from the Underground Control Room, using available technological systems for process control. Generate associated reports and performance summaries to meet the daily production schedule and contribute to operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------------------------- * Monitor, manage, and coordinate underground mine process operations via technological and digital systems; provide information regarding performance and/or adherence to the daily plan to relevant departments; report deviations, consumption of critical consumables, etc. * Maintain clear radio frequency communication and report contingencies; support the Underground Mine Shift Supervisor during emergencies. * Provide support, as required, for tasks assigned by management, such as coordinating maintenance activities and meal shift schedules, among others. * Participate in the Underground Control Room and equipment operator training program. * Submit hourly performance and deviation reports to management. * In performing job duties, comply with occupational health and safety, environmental, and operational policies, standards, and procedures, considering associated risks, environmental aspects, and protective measures. * Stay informed and maintain conduct aligned with anti-corruption, ethics, code of conduct, human rights, diversity and inclusion, and workplace and sexual harassment policies. **What Requirements Must You Meet?** ---------------------------------- * Technical or university degree in Mining, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum two years of experience in underground or open-pit mining operations. * Knowledge of systems related to Control Rooms and Mining Operations Dispatch. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and PI Vision are desirable. * Familiarity with ROMANAS and Payload systems, CCTV, and Radio Communication is desirable. * Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work rotating 4x4 day and night shifts. **All our job postings comply with Law No. 21,015, which promotes labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.** We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace.
