Statkraft is a global company in energy market management and has approximately 6\.200 employees across 20 countries. **Job Description** -------------------------- Coordinate and execute maintenance at hydroelectric plants, ensuring operational continuity through safe, efficient, and technically, environmentally, and economically aligned practices—mobilizing multidisciplinary teams collaboratively. Additionally, responsible for executing electrical maintenance on medium- and high-voltage equipment at hydroelectric plants. **Key Responsibilities** Maintenance Management * Plan and coordinate the annual maintenance program for hydroelectric plants. * Coordinate electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and instrumentation maintenance. * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, prioritizing asset availability. * Evaluate and optimize maintenance strategies based on equipment condition, criticality, and historical performance. * Coordinate major maintenance activities, scheduled outages, and emergency responses. Contractor and Resource Coordination * Coordinate and supervise contractor companies, ensuring technical, quality, and safety compliance. * Validate procedures, technical reports, and scope of work. * Ensure execution in accordance with internal standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices. Cost, Inventory, and Logistics Management * Manage inventories of critical spare parts and materials. * Coordinate procurement requirements for equipment, tools, and supplies. * Monitor and optimize the maintenance budget. Safety, Quality, and Compliance * Ensure timely management and reporting of deviations, failures, and substandard conditions. * Promote adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities. Reporting and Documentation * Prepare and consolidate technical reports, maintenance KPIs, and failure analysis. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, maintenance histories, and records. * Participate in internal and external audits related to maintenance and asset management. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Electrical Engineering * 10 years of experience in hydroelectric plant maintenance * Experience executing electrical maintenance on generators, medium-voltage systems, power transformers, substations, and transmission lines. * Experience mobilizing teams or coordinating teams for maintenance execution—including supervision of contractors and subcontractors * Proficiency in AutoCAD, general Office software, and Project. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency * Willingness to reside in Osorno * ISO certification in relevant standards (desirable) * Knowledge of SCADA systems in hydroelectric plant control systems * Class B Driver's License **Job Location** ------------------------ I am interested Privacy Notice
