Job Description We are seeking a **Sustainability Consultant** to design, implement, and evaluate projects that promote sustainable practices in companies and organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental management, corporate social responsibility, and impact analysis. Key Responsibilities * **Environmental diagnosis**: Assess clients' environmental performance and propose improvements. * **Design of sustainability strategies**: Develop action plans to reduce carbon footprint and optimize resources. * **Project management**: Coordinate corporate sustainability initiatives. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international environmental regulations. * **Training**: Train internal teams on sustainable practices. * **Stakeholder engagement**: Maintain effective communication with clients, authorities, and communities. * **Sustainability reporting**: Prepare impact reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in sustainability projects or environmental consulting. * Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, and renewable energy. * Proficiency in impact analysis tools and ESG metrics. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
