Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to ensure the proper execution of the payroll and personnel administration process, safeguarding compliance with labor regulations. At SCL Consultores, we are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team and ensure the proper execution of the payroll and personnel administration process, safeguarding compliance with current labor regulations and information quality. Main Responsibilities: Execute the complete monthly payroll process. Manage employment contracts, addenda, termination agreements, and labor documentation. Administer and monitor attendance, vacations, medical leaves, and personnel movements. Keep employee information updated in management systems. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and labor matters. Prepare reports and KPIs for the area. Support internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel administration. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding with official entities. Carry out Accreditation / Certification processes (Certilap, Sissccol, and Artikos). Requirements: Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience managing the full payroll cycle. (Mandatory) Experience in companies with over 200 employees. Solid knowledge of Chilean labor legislation. Experience managing attendance control and personnel administration. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Payroll ERP systems (Mandatory) Residence in the Metropolitan Region. Desirable: Experience using BUK. Knowledge of Certilab. Power BI proficiency.
