At Mallplaza, we are looking for a Project Manager! What is the mission of this role? To act as the bridge between business and the technical team: understand the problem, translate it into an initiative, and drive it until it works. Responsibilities: * Identify innovation opportunities with business units; rapidly move from problem identification to pilot implementation. * Manage the initiative portfolio within your cluster: status, priority, blockers. * Engage with the external ecosystem: startups, suppliers, applicable trends. * Leverage AI tools in your daily work.
