Excellent communication skills We seek a Product Owner with solid experience in agile digital product management, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and acting as a strategic liaison between operations, business lines, and various organizational stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines business vision, Scrum proficiency, and excellent communication skills at all levels. *Main Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring items reflect business value and are properly refined. Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. Act as the primary liaison between the development team, stakeholders, operations, and business lines. Define and communicate the product vision, aligning strategic objectives with tactical deliverables. Manage stakeholder relationships across various hierarchical levels, including executive presentations and agreement follow-ups. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure operational viability of solutions. Coordinate with business lines to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and validate deliverables. Define success metrics and track product performance using KPIs and value indicators. Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact team delivery. *Profile Requirements 3 years as a Product Owner in agile environments. Proven Scrum expertise. PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent certification is desirable. Experience leading Scrum ceremonies with teams of at least 5 people. High exposure to and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels; skill in negotiating and aligning expectations. Experience working with operations teams and multiple business lines. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. Chile (Santiago).
