What will be your purpose? Translate business strategy into concrete product initiatives by deeply understanding customer and stakeholder needs to design high-impact solutions. You will serve as a key bridge between business, data, and technology, ensuring continuous delivery of value and an outstanding user experience. What will you do daily? Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritized, and impact-driven requirements. Gather and understand business, customer, and stakeholder needs, leveraging data and insights. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and expected return. Analyze end-to-end processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Coordinate and align business, technology, and data teams on high-complexity initiatives. Support the full development lifecycle, from definition through implementation. Analyze metrics and KPIs to propose evidence-based continuous improvements. Actively participate in ideation, evolution, and continuous improvement of frequently used financial products. Ensure a high-standard user experience by incorporating market benchmarks and trends. What are we looking for in you? At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar. Proficiency in SQL (basic/intermediate level) for data analysis. Experience working with Jira and Confluence. Desirable: Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Strong business and results orientation. Analytical thinking and data-driven approach. Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and execute. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability across different stages of the product lifecycle.
