It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== Key Responsibilities: * Receive requests and manage the creation of purchase orders within established timeframes. * Send purchase orders to suppliers and confirm receipt of POs according to parameters defined in company policy. * Identify issues in reports of blocked purchase orders and invoices for subsequent resolution. * Track pending POs in the system that have not been invoiced by suppliers. * Organize document files related to assigned tasks. * Train internal users across countries on the procurement request process. * Support internal and external audit activities and quality management, maintaining control over data, orders, transactions, and providing clear and timely information. Education and Experience: * Education: Technical degree in accounting or administrative fields. * Work Experience: Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles; 2 years as a Procurement and/or Accounts Payable Analyst. * Language Proficiency: Basic-to-intermediate English (reporting and daily interaction with stakeholders and suppliers in English). * Accounting system proficiency, SAP preferred. * Advanced Office software skills.
