Your objective will be to manage and supervise all aspects related to the company’s image, ensuring that customers perceive a strong and distinctive visual identity aligned with the organization’s values, mission, and vision. Develop the marketing strategy enabling customer retention and growth. To achieve this, implement tangible actions supporting the company’s business plan, connecting customer and corporate needs through promotion of its products and services, with the goal of acquiring, retaining, and fostering customer loyalty. Responsibilities: 1\. Marketing and Advertising Strategy Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing and advertising strategies to increase brand reach and positioning. Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with BEX objectives, BancoEstado Group objectives, and the financial market. Identify market opportunities to strengthen subsidiary growth. Consolidate brand identity, ensuring coherence and consistency across all touchpoints. Manage the relationship with BECH to strengthen media presence, regulatory bodies engagement, and reputation management. Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising campaigns jointly with BancoEstado Group, conducting post-implementation follow-up. Analyze trends, propose continuous improvements, and innovate in marketing strategies. Support content creation and guide the team regarding brand voice, personality, and dissemination channels. 2\. Office Image Develop and execute plans to strengthen the subsidiary’s office image. Align corporate identity, standardizing customer experience from north to south. Timely manage office network requests related to image. 3\. Coordination and Leadership Coordinate with internal departments and BancoEstado Group to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. Support implementation of projects and service models ensuring the desired customer journey. Lead teams by promoting development, clear communication, motivation, and deadline adherence. 4\. Budget Management Control and forecast department budget, ensuring proper execution and strategic alignment. 5\. Marketing Materials Management Coordinate design and production of marketing, advertising, and branding materials. Ensure strategic alignment of materials and manage inventory. 6\. Analysis and Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual market reports. Measure effectiveness of marketing actions and analyze competitors. 7\. Vendor Management Manage and establish strategic relationships with industry vendors.
