Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support (minimum 4 years) 2. Knowledge of networks and servers is highly desirable 3. Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory 4. Technical degree in computer science or related field 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills 6. High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team · Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to internal and external users. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. 3. Install and configure equipment and systems. 4.
