Job Summary: We are seeking a Business or Commercial Consultant to retain clients, achieve sales targets, and advise on IT services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and retain a client portfolio. 2. Advise clients on IT services and profiles. 3. Generate service proposals and contracts. We are looking for a Business Consultant or Commercial Consultant to join our team on an indefinite basis. Requirements: - Experience as a Business Consultant or Key Account Manager (KAM). - Knowledge of IT business (Outsourcing and Hunting). - Existing client portfolio (banking, financial, retail, or other sectors). · Responsibilities: Achieve established sales targets. Build a retained client portfolio through: o Scheduled in-person or online meetings, or telephone calls. o Personalized service to deliver value-based proposals aligned with client needs. Ensure compliance with existing commercial terms. Advise clients on: o Required service type vs. actual need. o Required profile: position, responsibilities, experience, and salary. Generate and present service proposals. Generate and present service contracts. · Employment Duration - Indefinite. · Work Modality - Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). · Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. · Work Location - Las Condes · Benefits: Sales bonuses Supplementary health, dental, and life insurance.
