We seek a Commercial Executive passionate about consultative sales, with a genuine service orientation and drive to grow. To manage the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to closing — by marketing customized digital learning solutions: e-learning platforms, training programs, language solutions, and educational technology for enterprises, government, and institutions. Your role will be to understand the client, translate their needs into a concrete proposal, and accompany them until the solution is fully implemented. What will you do? • Prospect and generate opportunities in corporate, educational, and government sectors • Identify needs and propose customized training solutions • Develop proposals, negotiate, and follow up to closure • Participate in public and private tenders, including Mercado Público • Manage opportunities under SENCE tax franchise • Maintain CRM updated and prepare management reports. What are we looking for? • Degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields • At least 2 years of B2B consultative sales experience • Knowledge of tenders and/or SENCE (desirable) • Proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and genuine customer orientation.
