Coordinate end-to-end implementation of the performance management process, ensuring milestone adherence, proper tool usage, result tracking, and associated action plans. 2\. Identify training needs, coordinate implementation of capability development plans aligned with business strategy, and track participation, effectiveness, and impact of learning initiatives. 3\. Monitor and analyze key Talent and Culture metrics (e.g., performance, engagement, learning), preparing reports to support decision-making and track defined commitments. 4\. Execute initiatives and actions that strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience, ensuring consistency with company values, purpose, and strategic priorities. 5\.
