Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide post-sales commercial support, managing service activations, tracking requests and incidents, and providing administrative assistance, ensuring timely delivery and quality of service. Your Mission: Provide support to commercial executives during the post-sales stage, assisting with correct service activation, tracking of requests and incidents, and administrative support, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality. Main Responsibilities: - Receipt and registration of post-sales requests. - Review of contracts and data in internal platforms. - Handling of simple incidents (or escalation to the technical team when required). - Follow-up on cases until resolution. - Use of Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.) for reporting and control. Requirements: Education: Technical or university degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in: - Administrative/commercial or post-sales support. - Use of Google tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.). Skills: clear communication, organization, attention to detail, proactivity. Position Conditions: - Hybrid work mode in Las Condes (100% in-person induction). - Full-time schedule. - Fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term contract.
