Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Management Control Analyst to support strategic decision-making, lead the generation of key information, and ensure data quality. Key Highlights: 1. The primary objective of this role is to support strategic decision-making through analysis, control, and monitoring of the company’s financial and operational performance. The professional will lead the generation of key information for the organization, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Design, build, and maintain management dashboards and reports (KPIs). Analyze financial and operational results, identifying improvement opportunities. Automate reporting and data analysis processes. Support various departments in interpreting information for decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions. Requirements: Professional degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience in management control, financial planning, or data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory). Knowledge of SQL and data modeling. Advanced Excel skills. Analytical ability, results orientation, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing management control systems. Knowledge of financial and accounting processes. Communication skills to present information to diverse audiences.
