Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for an industrial security project in critical environments, managing and coordinating industrial cybersecurity. Key Highlights: 1. Security incident monitoring and coordination At Kibernum, we are looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join an industrial security project focused on critical environments and industrial operations. Main Responsibilities Manage OT cybersecurity controls and requests. Administer industrial assets and OT access. Validate secure industrial architectures and connections. Monitor OT security alerts and events. Coordinate industrial cybersecurity incidents. Generate technical reports and control tracking. Requirements Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in OT or industrial automation environments. Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, or RTU. Experience with industrial protocols. Familiarity with OT tools such as Claroty, Nozomi, or Dragos. Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82. Basic-to-intermediate technical English. Working Conditions Fixed-term contract with Kibernum, transitioning to indefinite-term. Hybrid work model. Residence in Concepción. Plant visits 2–3 times per week. Work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs; Friday until 16:00 hrs.
