At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking for a Treasury and Finance Supervisor to join our team and lead the organization's key financial processes. We seek an analytical, organized, and leadership-capable individual focused on financial control, cash flow management, and treasury operations supervision. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate payments to suppliers, payroll, and taxes. Monitor income, expenses, and bank transactions. Prepare financial reports for management. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Availability to work two Saturdays per month (09:00–13:30 hours, online). Supervise internal administrative and financial processes. Requirements: Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in finance and/or treasury areas. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control. Strong organizational and analytical skills. NetSuite experience (desirable). Nubox knowledge. We Offer: Join a growing company.
