Promote collaborative work and team training A prominent company seeks to hire a Technical Leader with solid experience leading Development Cells and programming teams. Job Objective: As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating software/system development activities, ensuring the implementation of efficient, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: You will serve as the technical reference for the team, actively participating in decision-making and problem-solving. Lead and manage development cells (currently 3 cells totaling 12 people). Assign tasks, responsibilities, and estimated timelines. Monitor various development projects. Optimize time management for personnel under your supervision. Define team priorities and objectives, promoting collaborative work. Train team members. Align team priorities with business objectives. Conditions: Location: Downtown Santiago. Work Mode: IN-PERSON Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30 hrs.; Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs. (1-hour lunch break) Contract: Fixed-term contract, subsequently indefinite.
