End-to-end project management: planning, monitoring, and control MindCo, a leading company specializing in asset management consulting for large industries, is currently looking for a Project Controller to join an electric power generation industry project in Santiago city. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the service Gantt chart. Monitor project milestones and progress. Control deviations, risks, and deadline compliance. Prepare status reports to ensure service visibility. Coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans. Ensure consistency in project planning and control. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the electric power generation sector. Experience in project control and monitoring, planning, and schedule management. Proficiency in planning tools (preferably Primavera P6 or MS Project). Experience in deviation control, risk management, and executive reporting.
