Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the service Gantt chart. Track project milestones and progress. Monitor deviations, risks, and schedule compliance. Prepare status reports to ensure service visibility. Coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans. Ensure consistency in project planning and control. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the electric power generation sector. Experience in project monitoring and control, scheduling, and planning. Proficiency in planning tools (preferably Primavera P6 or MS Project). Experience in deviation control, risk management, and executive reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field. Occasional travel availability to Antofagasta city (once per month).
